夏天一般食用甜食较多。甜食含糖分高,产生的热量也高。若老人过多食用,就会化热生火,使体内糖分过多,影响脾胃的消化吸收,引起消化不良,产生食欲减退,胃脘胀满,口腻无味,嗳气吞酸等现象。老人过多食用甜品,使糖分在身体内积存下来,多表现为老年人常见的“肥胖”现象,血脂升高,从而影响心肺功能,甚至导致心肺功能衰竭。因此必须忌食过甜之品。少量的饼干、烙饼等少糖的食物可适当进食。
